Ortho is a 3D grid of orthographically displayed boxes. It is an experiment with code to create an infinitely variable composition with form and colour.
This is an experiment in form and colour as a webgl 3D artwork. How can we create infinite variety with a simple piece of code, how might a 3D world be explored on the web and on a mobile phone.
The artwork allows the audience to download their unique artwork as a moment in time during the ever changing 3D world, each artwork is named with a timestamp.
